Users are not without any legal protections or rights

I wouldn't say it's a fallacy. Players do have rights, yes, for example the right to quit, but these aren't necessarily property rights. If all the virtual property belongs to the developer, that can work just fine. I was referring to "rights" in the generic sense, not property rights. I had Greg's "alarmist" post in mind (i.e. fraud, etc). My point was that users are not without any legal protections or rights, as in totally at the mercy of developers, and the same extreme is equally as unworkable if users had ultimate control. My apologies for not being clearer. As far as your #1 and #2, I agree. With the greatest of respect (as I really enjoy reading your comments), it seems like this discussion is guilty of being overly broad if the goal is to achieve properly-tailored results.

SAGA MMO RTS Unleashes its First Expansion: the Undead

The first expansion to the SAGA MMO RTS (by Silverlode Interactive) world adds 17 new Undead troops and 5 spells to the core unit set and enables the Undead as a playable race. The Undead are a fearless faction, featuring such powerful units as the self-regenerating Undead Dragon, and the Lich, who dominates with his Terror ability, which breaks the morale of even the most resilient foes. The Undead expansion also adds new quests for players trying the new race, as well as a number of new quests advancing the SAGA storyline for all races and factions.

Nights in Rodanthe Review

I've never been a fan of the works of Nicholas Sparks, but then again, I'm an adult male. Sparks, who wrote the novels upon which Message in a Bottle, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook and now Nights in Rodanthe are based, is a salesman of sentimenality - a guy who plunders the depths of romantic desperation to create fantasies for women and women alone. Here is also a very interesting mmorpg game called world of warcraft.

TechnoLlama has more fine cogitations on the Japanese case

Also, in my opinion, there are some interesting connections to be drawn between the "crime" of avatar deletion in Japan and the doctrinal woefully CFAA prosecution in the US of the tragic Lori Drew case. For several years, I've been nursing along a draft of an article about the theoretical instability of "unauthorized access" hacking crimes -- one of these days I'll have to get around to finishing it. How To Play MMORPG's Effectively

MMORPG's (Massive Multiplayer Online Role playing Games) are unlike any other type of computer game. Combining the strategy and character progression of regular role playing games with large persistent worlds and playing against real humans requires a certain level of intelligence, pre-planning and process.

The Alliance Faction: Races include: - Humans, Night Elves, Gnomes, Draenei, and Dwarfs.

There are also nine character classes that a player of World of Warcraft can choose from: Druids, Hunters, Mages, Paladins, Priests, Rogues, Shamans, Warlocks, Warriors. Each of these classes has unique abilities and talents and not all of the character classes can be used with all of the races. For instance, only a Night Elf or Tauren can be a Druid and everyone except the Blood Elves can be a Warrior.
